The reigning PGA Championship winner has a ton of success at the U.S. As for his game: McIlroy is currently leading the PGA in driving distance, third in strokes gained off the tee and fifth in approach shots from outside 200 yards. Skipping pre-tournament media and avoiding the inevitable LIV-PGA questions will hopefully help him stay dialed in. He’s coming off a monster week at the RBC Canadian Open.
